1C5F4EEB-CD5A-4A90-9CC5-EADB4066260A.jpg Hello. I am new to the Tacoma world. Not new to Toyota. Just picked up a 2004 SR5 with 117k mi. This makes my 6th Toyota. Coming off an ‘89 4Runner that lost 3 cylinders. So, going to lift this Taco a little and swap in the 33’s and rims from the Runner. Y’all have some nice trucks!! Tons of great ideas here.

Slowly restoring/upgrading this Jason topper I bought from a member here locally. Line-X and side window seals are done. Need to reseal the front window and try to button up my new third brake light.

Methinks a roof rack is in my future. Also 16x7 steelies. And doing something with the fender flares...

Edit: And the garbage looking flares.

Was just searching prinsu website, not sure why they only make one for extra cab model. Seems double cab would be more popular

Do you mind sharing how much the line-x cost for the topper? Mine needs a paint job but i'm looking for other options.

Our roofs are basically just sheet metal, their normal rack wouldn’t be able to take much weight on it of you put one up there. Extra cabs roofs are somewhat stronger, so they get the rack. Hopefully one day their will be an off the shelf option from Prinsu, Frontrunner, Baja Rack, etc. but I wouldn’t hold your breath

I shopped around. Got quoted 500 from one place, would up having to travel a bit to get it done for 300.
