Adding you now.... from the top of the first post, I have a thread that takes you to examples. Trails have changed a bit, but you can still at least apply the ratings.

So you Washington people, you need to organize your own caravan if that's happening. The only Oregon one that would be happening this year is Friday evening, but we haven't sent anything up. I know I haven't updated the agenda about

@stikle , when are you arriving?

@Boomer04 , you said Hillsboro caravan, but also said you are arriving Friday morning... the only person in Oregon getting there that early is probably @snowgod06 , and he comes up from the south. I don't think you have an option for a caravan. If you are coming down from Seattle, you might try linking up with the others from Washington to ride in with.

On Saturday, agenda-wise, is it possible to do 2 sessions: one after breakfast/before lunch, and a second after lunch/before dinner (and then there’s the option for a night run on an easier trail that was run during daylight so there are no surprises and for people who haven’t been or just enjoy some night wheeling).

This gives us the option to break up into 2 groups so everyone is comfortable, still all have lunch together and then people can change difficulty levels once confidence is built up from the AM session. Just my 2 cents and how I’ve seen these outings go before.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and doing what looks to be some fun wheeling.

Hopefully you guys don't mind me hijacking your thread for a second but I'm going to be down at TSF next weekend with some Jeep buddies and none of us have run the trails there before.

Any suggestions for a few guys with moderately built rigs on which trails would be the best to check out and any we might want to avoid?

Taking the day off work, I'll be there Friday 1PM-ish. If i wait until later in the afternoon it'll be an 8 hour drive with traffic. Drum brakes are ready to atone for last year.

    Everything else is correct.

Had to think about this. Was going hmm, packing drum brakes? packing a gun? Aah, packing my luggage better so i don't lose it on the highway - got it!

I have a cvt on a home built camping trailer. I assume we will be able to leave our camp site established while wheeling???

    crap bolted and welded together....
Yes you can leave it up.. bring a ball lock for it tho, always play it safe :)

    On that note.. ATTN EVERYONE!!!!!!

the site we are usually lucky enough to get will fit quite a few vehicles, but with trailer additions for camping or tow rigs we might run into a parking issue. We may have to camp in a few sites to fit everyone for the weekend. Please be aware of the now, as camping fees will increase.

Site costs are usually $15 a night i believe plus $2 per additional vehicle that use the site. Everyone must bring atleast $20 in $1bills to split camping costs. If you camp and don't split costs to help the Forrest dept....say goodbye to camping/wheeling at next year's shindig.

    2 questions: I’m a little slow...

1: what ball are you referring to for the trailer haha

2: if we know it’s 15$/night, and each person knows how many nights they are staying, what’s the reason for having to split costs for it? Shouldn’t everyone bring either 15 or 30$ for camping?
