Instead of using jacks and a Jack-stand, good old milk-crate came to the rescue.
    2017 TRD Sport

Put milk crate on 1/4" wood panel
    set slider on milk crate
Slide milk crate under truck and tilt outside rail slider up,
-so the rear area where the clamps go clears the frame.
Let go of slider and then push down on the rail to lift up the inside and put a
small piece of 2x4 wood to hold the flange against the frame.
Insert the center bolt on the bottom.

Milk crate kept the slider balanced and was the perfect height.

No effort in this installation except to carry the slider to the milk crate from my garage. :)

If the temperature didn't suddenly drop and it start drizzling I would have gotten the passenger side done today too.

Joe, my hats off to you,

These sliders just dropped right into place and so far fit PERFECT.

No doubt in my mind they are so well engineered that you could drop the truck a couple of feet onto rocks and just scuff the paint.

No doubt in my mind that Mobtown make the best sliders out there.

    Another happy Canadian customer!

Fit like a glove and looks great! Both sides were easy-peasy to install.

With the milk crate and having learned from doing the driver's side
I finished the passenger side in 30 minutes!
And that includes wiping down the frame and giving it a quick spray with ACF50 and Fluid Film.

I love how far they come out the sides, not too far to be obtrusive
but just enough to protect from off road stuff, and from where I seem
to get the most damage to my vehicles.... the parking lot.

The kick-out is such a nice touch. And all the welds look nice and pretty. :)

Install went so quick I also had time to wash and wax the truck.

Never had the urge to crawl up a rock and come down hard onto the pinch weld area of a truck before ...

The wrap around and clamping design really make these things "one with the truck" .
