I don't deny its a beautiful time of day, I just don't care to participate in it!

 

Hmmm. The 250K, 5 yr deal to stay didn't go over. I need to hit them up with a 25K reduction but only work 8 hrs Tues through Thurs and remain classified as full time - This needs to be a 10 yr deal...

 

Thats near Tobermory isn't it?? Ive been there (as a kid). We rode that huge car ferry from there to Mantoulin Island back in the 80s. We had taken a summer camping trip - we had a camper on the back of a pickup - and drove all around up there. Killarny was one of my faves. But back then, it was still a 40 mile dirt road. I hear its paved now...

Cuffs, you know the area. We are in fact in Tobermory, on the Lake Huron side of the peninsula. 45 min walk into the village. We hear the Chi Cheemaun (the ferry) horns every arrival and departure.
Killarney is across the water to the north-east, it may be my favourite place in Ontario (Bruce Peninsula a close second). The highway up the Peninsula (#6) has been full of carnage in recent years with the "citiots" coming up more and more. They have no idea how to drive on 2-lane highways or when and how to pass (or not). The highway continues from the ferry dock on Manitoulin. The highway into Kilarney much further east is paved.

The Tacoma and I are going to get up close and personal to a lot more of Northern Ontario in the coming years. Photos to come.

Also just got done washing my truck then applying this to the paint All I can say is the reflection in the paint is even better now . when I drive around the hood is like a deep reflective mirror , I can clearly see everything being reflected and is awesome !!
