Well the other guy is claiming he had the green

 

You just need a new filter and gasket I just did mine transmission fluid change 4 days ago I went with a hastings filter and it came with a new gasket for the pan.

 

Of course he did, duh. If he didn't it would be his fault. There wasn't a police report filed at the time of the accident.

I had a little old lady pull out in front of my wife and I in our Corvette. She swore that I was going 'really fast' in one of those 'race type cars'. I was doing 37 in a 45 because I had just turned onto that road from a green arrow LH Turn. Before the State Trooper would allow either of us to leave the scene she was handed a ticket for failure to yield the right of way with a 100% at fault police report and I was handed her Insurance Information to file the claim against her Insurance Company, State Farm. It doesn't matter what either of us said after that the police report was the final word.

Those washers are enough to do the front diff,transfer case,rear diff, you'll need get crush washers fr trans
If you do trans drain and fill get new washers do not try used old washer you'll strip the threads on pan ,so you have torque wrench,

Get the powerstop rotors that are drilled and slotted! Doing this to mine soon and everyone ive talked to says it makes a world of difference.

 

Did the State Trooper talk to any witnesses? I'm sure there was enough debris in the road to stop traffic at that intersection at least until he arrived. The actual police report will be the definitive answer once it is released to all parties involved.

 

Well my niave ass didnt think he would lie to the cops so the 4 cars that were there 1 asked me if i needed them to stick around i said nah this is a clear case.

In this case all i would have needed was the film showing green., next vehicle is getting one for sure. His insurance just called me and was asking questions. Dad said i shouldnt say anything without getting a lawyer given that he is denying accountablity. So i hung up
