I wouldn’t be opposed to it  lol, would definitely rather have a true two into one to match my equal length headers. If I remember correctly when APR was producing their y-pipe it was about $900

Sure is. I’m running the ultra quiets up front and replaced the 3” ultra quiet with a center in/out 14” 4x9 maganflow. Headers drone a little in the cab but all you hear outside is s/c whine. I’m gonna redo a lot of it when I do my rear suspension, but I’ve been very happy with it so far. I used to own an exhaust shop back in the day. I’m not a huge fan of how our trucks sound opened up so I’m trying to keep as free flowing as possible while sounding as stock as possible.

Your sensors are in a different soot than mine on my spec.u. Mine are a little father back from the flange. I didn't even have 8" between the sensor and the first bend on the passenger side for the little baby cats I put in last night. But mine is all super quiet now with the cats and the 18" glasspack added after the axle.

That’s a bummer. I still plan to modify mine some more just waiting till all the rear suspension has been installed so I can route the exhaust around everything.

Interesting. I could never hear my headers drone at all when the rest of the system was stock. I did the y and 3" back with a cat, ultra quiet, magnaflow 12579, and another ultra quiet next to the spare tire. I now have a little drone right around 2200-2500 rpm. Maybe that 14x9 would help with that? :notsure:

Had a similar situation a few years ago with a ford raptor, and I was hooked up to 4.5k lbs of boat and trailer. Not an official "race" but he was on the gas and at the next light clearly felt embarrassed

Of course. Plus I never spun tires and only got to the 50mph track speed limit. They have a 50mph speed limit at that track. Really strange.

Is there a write up on removing the accumulator? And how does removing it help?

After 50 or so miles on the Ratiotek kit I’m pretty happy. Haven’t pushed the truck hard yet but when I’ve gotten on it, I’ve been happy with the results. Definitely one of the best mods I’ve done since the S/C so far.

Install was pretty easy but definitely nerve racking. I’d say if you don’t feel confident in installing something like cam gears then this may not be a job you want to attempt. If you follow the instructions and the write up it’s pretty simple, just be mindful of where and how you set parts down. If you dropped a part of the valve body after you’ve opened it up it could be disastrous.
