    Theres more for sure!

    Tv Shows and on netflix:
    Riverdale
    Dynasty
    Peaky Blinders
    Suits
    Mad Men
    Boardwalk Empire
Game Of Thrones - I feel I need to comment on this one. So many people brush it off because it was "mainstream". I didnt start watching it until about 2 years ago. The structure in this show is unbelievable. Attention to detail is beautiful and the character structure is perfect. As you watch the show everything comes together. Ive watched all episodes at least 3 times. So much hidden meaning and forshadowing. Very well done.

I could go on and on.
I cant say that I actually have favourites because so many are great because of different reasons. Whether it be characters, story line or visual aspects.

Ok Im done for now. Lol

I enjoyed this movie with good acting/plot, the tub scene was tough to watch. I kind of wish they did more of a backstory on what happened, instead of giving us tidbits of info. from old newspapers and the blackboard. I thought the villains were interesting in how they made the body features designed to detect sound and what a great smile they gave them too. One thing that kept coming to my mind is how is it possible they still have power, but I guess it could have been hydro as they were close to a waterfall.

@ThunderCookies, remember a while ago we were discussing the top supervillains? I think Thanos ascended close to or is at the top in that category, with the power he has over the universe as well as one on one.

One of my favorite movies growing up was Ferngully. I had it on VHS. When I was like 22 I found it on DVD and bought it. One of my newer favorite movies is Avatar and it wasn’t until recently that one of my friends pointed out that Avatar is 100% a rip off of Ferngully. I think it made me like it more lol

Agree. He was so ruthlessly badass and yet still likeable. Hell, I even relate to him in wanting to snap my fingers and see some people disappear

Annihilation (2018) is the type of movie that has you thinking the whole way and you will pick up more watching it a second time. This movie is directed by Alex Garland who made his directorial debut in Ex Machina, as well as screenplays for of the films 28 Days Later (2002), Sunshine (2007), Never Let Me Go (2010) and Dredd (2012). Nattie Portman is the lead character in this movie, after watching her feature film debut in "Leon: The Professional" I seem to enjoy every movie she is in.

I mentioned the movie "Leon: The Professional" (1994) in the last post, for anyone who hasn't seen it yet, it's a really good movie. It's the type you don't mind rewatching in the future because the acting is that good. The lead characters Léon Montana (Jean Reno) and Mathilda Lando (Natalie Portman) are perfectly cast, playing off each other well as Leon the assassin meets Mathilda a 12-year old that is a handful, to say the least. I feel this movie was underrated by Rotten Tomatoes and should have been rated higher (IMO it should be a 91 rating and not a 71).

This one is on my list. It only played at my local theater for like a week before it got bumped so I didn’t get a chance to see it but I’ll be getting it soon at Redbox...

Yeah, from what I have read the box office was a disappointment and are lucky to break even, but most likely this movie was a loss. USA/Canada = 32.7 million + China = 10.2 million = 42.9 million, with a budget of 40-55 million.

Location filming by Lighthouse Pictures Ltd occurred starting in late April in South Forest, Windsor Great Park. Some test shooting had already been done in St. Marks, Florida, but the vegetation in the area turned out to be too dense to give any depth perception on screen. On May 9, 2016, cinematographer Rob Hardy began sharing pictures from the set of the film. On July 13 and 14, filming took place at Holkham Pines in North Norfolk in the UK. The shooting was completed that month

Yeah I’ve read a little bit on it. It’s based on a book trilogy but doesn’t look like the rest will get made since this one did poorly. There was some drama during production and they reshot a bunch of stuff changing the story pretty drastically from the books

Saw that one in the theater. I thought it dragged a bit too and some of the smaller plot points were unnecessary but did like it and did not guess the plot twist either. Action scenes were good too
