That's A nerd job.
one would think with a 4yr degree that's the norm in pay.
Im not sure what that job is for but sounds like a computer software tech kind of job.
way out of my skill set. and the commute would make me crazy.

Its a warehouse job, so just keeping track of everything and doing orders and such.

 

Why a 4 yr degree for a warehouse job?
It blows me away the MQs needed for some of these positions. And the titles.
They wonder why nobody aplies for some of these.

 

It said you could substitute years of experience for years of school.

But yeah I’m pretty sure the guys in there now don’t have 4 year degrees.

They probably have a bunch of inventory programs to keep track of everything. Probably harder then it seems.

 

We have the same kinda BS in state jobs.
I could do, and have done outside the state,but since i have no degree and my experience is not within state service it dose not count. So im denied the chance to even interview.
The shit is written by people that have know fuckin clue.

 

That I can agree with. People who review this stuff look to just check off boxes.

I’ve been on the bad end of it many times.
