im sure this is in the forum somewhere if I wanted to level out my truck could I put 5100's all the way around with hem spring in front and aal in the rear or do I need to put a bigger spring in the front? I most likely will be keeping stock wheels and tires for the unseeable future. or something else I just don't want to use spacers and blocks and I want all for corners to be the same height. I have a 2018 trd off road double cab short bed. and would I need anything done to uca or ball joints cv axles anything like that or Dif drop?

You can do a couple of different things to achieve the "leveled" look. You can add the 5100's as you suggested, and set them with your stock springs to:

    Snap Ring Locations:
Per Bilstein the shocks can be adjusted to provide 0-2" of lift.
    • 1st notch = stock height
    • 2nd notch = 0.65"
    • 3rd notch = 1.1"
    • 4th notch = 1.55"
    • 5th notch = 2" (5th notch not recommended for 4x4 V6/4cyl Access Cab or 4x2 V6 Double Cab 6' bed)

Or you can go with aftermarket springs and level or lift the front:

Complete lift/level set-up and at a decent price with great customer service:

If you are looking to add lift to the front; I would suggest going with the 3 leaf progressive add a leaf (AAL) for the rear.

Try giving Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road a call or send a PM. Very helpful and can get you set up for what you are looking for.

Edit: A ton of information on lift/leveling in the suspension sub-forums:

No. For this truck I went with the Fox 2.0 front and rear with the Dakar medium duty leaf pack. Installation should be next weekend. :fingerscrossed:

The Headstrong kit is the kit that I was going to go with though if I didn't go with the Fox coil-overs though.

If you are buying the 5100's and that add a leaf kit, I would go ahead and buy the OME springs. They cost uh....$167.20 for a set (2 springs.) You can have them assembled for 100 bucks for both. You are going to have to assemble them or have them assembled either way so the additional cost of the OME springs will run you 175ish after tax and all. You are going to pay for an alignment after the install also, just to keep in mind. You get the springs and the 5100s will give you 2 1/2" or so up front with the springs set at the lowest setting. So you will get a great ride!

couldn't I just swap the ome 4600 springs from my trd off road to the 5100's, and get these and forget about the aal I don't want to be higher in the rear just get it all leveled out.

Yep, you can go that route for sure. You will have to install the front shocks in the coils or have them installed. You will also have to get an alignment after the install. I was saying, the 3 leaf add a leaf, for the rear, is $160.00ish and the front springs are $175.oo ish. You are doing some work to install or paying for it. My total was $909.09 and the alignment was 80 bucks in the town I am lucky enough to live in. So, do your research and all. I am telling you about the option I went with.

and replace the clamshell bushing on the driver's side while you are at it. (it's often referred to as the ECGS bushing, which is just the name of the place that sells them.lol)..just to prevent the front end vibration down the road..
