So it’s been a while since you guys have been running these tires. What’s the general consensus with higher mileage. Are they wearing well, any balance issues, super noisy? Wet traction and snow traction with age?

The longevity of my 255s is not impressive. I’m at 32000 miles on them and I will be needing new rubber by winter. Maybe the fatter tires wear better

    Yeah, that’s not that impressive.

Interesting, I’ve got about 45k miles on mine. And I’m at about 12/32nd tread depth.

Seems to be a lot of varying results from several people I’ve talked to. Some guys say the fatter tires last longer. The majority of guys I know have had the same shorter life span with the MAxx.

I have 235/85 @ 33,000 miles and I am in the same boat as @Nazupag524. I rotated every other oil change as well.
From what I can tell on traction. No issues in the winter with the snow covered roads of NW PA; they still seem to do decent in the dirt, obviously not as well as when new; my biggest issue is now with rain covered roads, they tend to slip around a lot more, much more than I figured they would. I don't know the actual tread depth but they are not to the 'wear marks' in the tread yet. I was happy with the tire the whole time I've had them and noise was never an issue.

My tundra has 285/75/16s. They are currently at about 50,000 miles and have about 8/32 of tread left. I rotate them every oil change @ 5000 miles
