Replacing everything worn, broken, and rusted.
This part is heavily rusted and sits above and behind the spart tire, in front of another price which looks similar. Goes side to side and about 5 inches deep. Has alot of cut outs. As you can see Ive been hammering it with naval jelly. Contains the last hole to let down the tire. Cant seem to find a part number or name for it. If you know it let me know.

Nothing comes up for sub bed frame or support.

    Thanks in advance

WOW! That's a mess. If there's a 10mm rust hole in the frame up by the cats, you qualify for a new frame. However, for your year truck, I think TODAY is the LAST day to get an inspection and get approved for a new frame.

Yeah I talked to Toyota Corporate and they weren't much help. Told me it's not covered. They did "treat the frame in 2015" before I bought it and frame otherwise looks new. But this part does not. They seem to have lots of wiggle room. Noted I wasn't the original owner, didn't buy it from Toyota and didn't get a Toyota warranty.

Can't tell if this is truly frame or support. Thanks for the replies.

So it's 51206b? Or am I not looking at it right?

According to the picture, that part is in front of the X piece that the spare tire mounts to. Is this the piece that's rusted out on your truck?[IMG]

Yes I think that's it. I guess I didn't realize that's all one piece. To be clear it's behind the tire.

That piece that I posted is the reinforcement for the plastic bed. It's bolted to the bed. It's not part of the frame. From Toyota, it's $450. I think you should try the wrecking yards. Since you mentioned that your frame looks like new, I wonder if somebody replaced the bed with a bed from a rusted out truck.

I don't know. Since you have the bumper off, you may be able to slide it rearward. Or they may have made it so it has to slide straight down from the bed.
