Damn, won't work for me this year. Have 3 weddings 3 weeks in a row. Other weekend we already have plans for something.

This year it looks like I'm just doing two tough mudder fulls, Boston and Hudson Valley. Lot of the races in this area didn't work out well for me scheduling wise this year.
Next year I'm hoping to do Toughest Mudder (5 mile loops from midnight to 8AM). I'm going to get into the spartans next year too. Do at least a beast or two.

Damn you're a baller. Those are so nice, but so expensive. My $50 Amazon special has been going strong for a few years now. Besides smelling like ass no complaints

Murph is gonna be fun. Our gym does a 24hr fundraiser for a local vets non profit. Starts 9am Sunday through 9am Monday culminating in Murph Monday. Do a hero WOD every hour on the hour,( in teams so no one dies.). I did 14 last year and the wife did 10. So fun working out while delirious at 3am

I'm bummed can't do it either. Wife is going to Nashville with her gym gossip squad to do a Super in Nashville the same weekend.

Last year I did it no vest but unpartitioned it was pretty gnarly like that. This year I’m going back to the vest but gonna break it up early and often

I do like the 8" touch screen. Ford's interface is pretty good. It's quick and intuitive. Only quirk I've noticed is WiFi updates--couldn't get that to work at all so I updated it with a flash drive. After the update if I try a manual check it never completes, but it seems to successfully check on its own from time to time since the last check date will change to a time when the truck was probably sitting in the garage.

I was thinking a quick 20-40-60, then probably continue with rounds of Cindy

Just do 10-15-30 IMO. You'll need the change between movements early

Yes this is the way to go. Use the squats to catch your breath if you have the mobility/legs to do so
