Stripers are working their ways back close to the coast line and blues will be running soon. I'm in NJ and usually surf fish and fish back bays. I do some freshwater but very little. Anybody else local plan to hit the beaches soon?

I'm going to have to make myself come join you one day. I haven't fished in years. Lots of gear gathering dust.

I live right on the Deleware River and can't wait for the stripers to be running up here (soon). I had huge success fishing the rocks in the Barnegat inlet last year for blue in late April. We often fish that inlet in the boat as well. Tis the season around the corner!

A buddy caught a keeper in Hampton last weekend. They must be on their way!
