Caught this bear in a hole today, hard to see cause it was balls deep in the hole.

You can kinda see it’s eye and make out it’s face.

Just got back from my daughters BC bear hunt. She got a very nice old boar. She stalked quite a few that were too small or just not good hair. Saw 30+ in 7 days hunting.

We looked for a brown bear for her second bear. Saw several small boars and this one big sow. Honestly, if this sow didn't have cubs she might have shot it. She did stalk at least 5 bears that she could have shot but didn't. It was a great hunt.

My son, daughter, and I have hunted over the years mostly with two different outfitters in BC. I've tried to get the kids to marry into the family, but so far no luck. They do give us huge discounts since we've been up so many times, but I mostly work a second job just to pay for hunting. It's been worth it to spend time with the kids doing such cool stuff. When my son gets back from deployment we are going to do a family elk or cat hunt up there.

Been a little slow this year, bears seem to be moving early in the afternoons making the tracks pretty old. Still finding em though.

I’ll be honest, they aren’t mine. But I’ve been around since before they were born and hunted with them since day one.

Ran this little douche for a few hours this morning and then he decided to tree 2.35 miles away from the closest road. Was super neat.

We need you to relocate over here. Went to check a remote salt lick for deer this evening and found the block a hundred yards down the mt. Hauled the block back up to the stump, busted it up, and put a trail cam on it. I'm sure the cam will be trashed. I consider them vermin here. I got a buddy that buys some good dogs from out west somewhere?? They are good dogs, for they kill a lot of bear in the fall.
