Well me and my son went to the lake (Alan Henry) last weekend, or we meet there. We stayed three days and had a good time fishing and not having anyone else with us. He took these pictures of me and my rigs, and the Lake. I forgot, and didn't take any. .IMG_0307.jpg IMG_0306.jpg IMG_0308.jpg

If anyone is interested in the 16' version of this it is on sale at REI Garage and you can also apply the 20% Memorial Day coupon. Really good price. REI isn't carrying the Kelty Tarps anymore since they have their own copies on their site now. I already have a 12' version that has been working great and when I saw the larger version listed I immediately pulled the trigger. I plan on using either tarp with my new set up of a Tradesman shell once I pick it up.

    All the time!!!
Well here in the Texas panhandle it is HOT and in the summer it usually runs 95, to 100+, and I have a little 110 refrigerated cooler in my camper! But the temp even with the cooler will usually run 80, to 90+ in the heat of the day. I have a green house (Geo Dome) that does the same thing in the summer but 110, 120+, but they make a UV, and Sun Blocker material for green houses that will lower the temp to 85 to 90+ with the help of a fan in the heat of the day. So I used the same principle on my camper and made one out of the same UV, Sun Blocker that is on my greenhouse. The material on my green house is 60 percent block, and I put 80 percent block on my camper, it is made out of plastic material, and to do my camper top it cost me about $40.00. and is held on by little bungee straps. Last weekend the temp was 98 degrees outside, and in the camper we had it set on 73, and it was 73 in it all day, no heat on the roof, or sides inside the walls are cool! The first picture is of my greenhouse with the material on top, the second is the material on the green house, and the third is of the material that I have on my camper, it takes about five minutes to put it on, or take it off of my camper and is the best idea, or brain fart I think I've ever had! .20180524_103728_001.jpg 20180524_103741.jpg 20180524_104014_12.jpg

Here is a closer picture, or blow up so you can see it better, and the black "shinny" on the seams is 3" Gorillo tape on both sides.20180524_200438.jpg

Thats an innovative solution for heat reflection and cooling.

Could you post a link to the UV Sunblocking greenhouse material you acquired and any build tips on how you measured and assembled it to fit your camper?

Yeah. It is nice, roomy and tows good. If I were to buy another I would probably get a hard side. It is somewhat of a pain to set up. You have to level it then pop it then relevel it. If you don't the door won't work right. It also don't have a bathroom or ac.

Here is a link to the UV Sunblocker that I got last year for my camper I just put it on last Wednesday, been setting in the garage since last June I'm planning on getting a bigger sheet and making it to where it completely covers my campers exterior, this is a learning process for me to see how it works the best. Ill shoot you some more info on building tips I'll try to this weekend when I've got more time, If I forget just text me. OH! one more thing I forgot its coming out of China and takes about three weeks to get here, the best that I can remember. https://www.ebay.com/itm/About-80-UV-Black-Shade-Cloth-Sunshade-Fabric-Greenhouse-For-Width-13Ft/222000135857?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&var=520873122867&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
