    I’ve been trout fishing around here for about 33 years (I’m 38 lol) minus 5 years in Missoula and a year in Bellingham

    Thought I knew it all, but one day about 5 yrs ago I was fishing the elk river and I ran into the guru status guide there. I mentioned I was having a hard time catching them that day so he fished with me for 20 min or so.
    That 20 min got me over the plateau I was on lol.

    TLDR:
    It’s always good for your game to fish with someone that knows more than u no matter how good u think u are :)
