2018 Tacoma low beam headlight upgrade

First negative thing I’ve noticed-driving at night, can’t see anything! Did they steal an old Volkswagen Bug’s headlight??!!
Granted, I’m coming off a 2014 KIA Sportage SX Turbo that had blinding low beams but I wouldn’t be able to see a deer 3’ off the side of the road and I drive through forests on state routes at 2-3:00 am. Heard about Sylvania super brights-not LED’s. Any reviews out there?
Footnote-Am currently unable to purchase LED’s from Advanced Auto in CT as legislation is pending re: banning LED’s in CT, but you can still buy them on their online store! Go figure! Dummies.

Switching to an H9 bulb will significantly increase your output, going from roughly 1200 lumens to 2100. Minor modifications to the bulb will be needed, see the motivations needed in the updated part of this thread (half way through).
