I am about to install my steel front bumper and winch, and am looking for suggestions for the required/preferred front spring rate.

I am running Bilstein 6112s, which I believe have 600# springs

Should I upgrade to 700# springs, or would 650# be sufficient?

    Thanks.

I kept sagging with 650# springs. Kept cranking the coils, kept sagging. Steel Pelfrey bumper, winch, Pelfrey steel IFS and mid skid, and sliders. The 700s were good.
