I recently installed a 10.1 inch Eonon Android unit into my 1st gen dcsb. I am thinking about trying to utilize the head unit to control lights and accessories. I have seen some sonos inline smart switches that are spliced into the power line. I'm thinking of something like this maybe. The head unit has android 7.1 with wifi and bluetooth so I can download apps and connect to things wirelessly. Any ideas?

I dont think the sonos will work because I believe they have to be connected to a wifi router. I found this on Ebay, I think I'm going to make a custom setup to control rock lights, interior highlights, light bars etc.

What exactly do you mean by a smart switch?

Ah, so you're basically looking for a Bluetooth-controlled relay? Like this?
