Is there any difference in the coilovers between 2nd gen (2005-15) Tacoma & 5th gen 4Runner (2010-18)?

Some websites show the same part number for both vehicles for some of the Fox and Bilstein stuff. King always has different part numbers (just the last 3 digits differ).

I have King front coilovers on my Tacoma and wondering whether they could swap over to a 4Runner.

Assuming the mounting holes all line up, would the spring length & weight and the valving be ok?
