How to clean these splotches?

    Bought the truck like this. No idea what caused it. I've tried mild cleaners but no luck. Any ideas?

    I posted this in the 2nd Gen forum. Goo Gone was suggested. Posting in this forum was also suggested.

    Start with something easy like a Lysol wipe and see if that takes care of it.

    Weirdly, it doesn't feel like anything is stuck on them. Almost like it's discolored which may be the case. I'll try that and see if it works.
