Dumb question of the day: how do I loosen the stud extractor after backing the stud out successfully?

It didn't come with any instructions and I can't find any online

Yep, you were right. I figured as much and was actually able to get it out yesterday. The stud was really frozen so I ended up needing a big cheater bar to loosen the stud extractor from the stud
