1999 X-Cab 4X4 Off Road Auto With Passenger Side Damage $2800

Long story short: This truck belonged to a very close family friend of ours who lent it to his nephew that had moved to town. I guess he "got drowsy" behind the wheel and clipped a guard rail. Anyway, it damaged the right side of the cab and bedside. Needless to say the truck was taken back but only had liability and its probably not worth fixing back up. Even though it is still very road worthy I am guessing it would be better suited for a farm/work truck or to be built into a crawler. He is in his 70s and has asked for my help selling it.

It runs and drives great for its age and miles. I would still drive it anywhere. The damage is all sheet metal, not frame. It does not smoke or have any warning lights on the dash(short of the washer fluid level) It starts, runs and shifts great! Everything seems to work as it should short of the overhead dome light and a hole in the muffler that needs to be replaced.

It also has a fiberglass topper that does not match and is not real pretty (cosmetic) shape but gets the job done. It is not on it right now but I do have it and can get some pics in the future if needed.

They also did some front end work to it recently but I will have to find out exactly what was done.

The oil is clean and has been changed regularly along with normal maintenance.

Tailgate does not open....but could be fixed.
Interior is in pretty good shape but it a little dirty and the drivers seat has wear.
Tires are newer Hankook Optimos however the right rear has more wear. Spare is like new.

Truck is located in Manhattan Kansas and has a clear title ready to be signed over.

$2800 cash. As of now we are firm. If it does not sell in a week or so I will list it on Craigslist and start taking offers. If its much less than that I will keep it for a work truck.

Thank you! I agree it would be a great crawler, it just still drives nice enough I hate to see it get cut up and not be road worthy.
