I see WHEN we should replace bushings, but when would it be necessary to replace the uniballs? Like what would be the lifespan or the signs for needing replacement? I've gotten plenty of dirt/mud/crud in mine and cleaned them out then continually used tri-flow to lubricate them.

When the military grade PTFE woven fabric liner breaks down things will start to get noisy. Mileage will vary greatly depending on the application. Race teams often replace them after every race as part of race prep, but we also have many daily drivers / weekend warriors with 50k+ on their uniballs. Lubrication is key to keeping these going strong.

Does the noise come back quickly or is it after some hard dirt use? What is the mileage on the setup?

    Any pics?

Since the noise continues, It isn't a bad idea to change the uniball while you're replacing the bushings.
Note: make sure you check the lower rod end of your shock to make sure it's properly lubricated as well. Sometimes this can get really noisy

We can set you up directly by calling 951-737-9682 or call an Authorized Dealer. We don't sell the replacement parts online
