    I froze my credit after the Equifax breach. Can my credit score still be checked by someone who wants to see if I pay my bills on time. Or do I need to unfreeze the 3.

    Its for a rental apartment, no credit cards or loans.

    You will have to unfreeze the one they are going to check, or all 3 if they are going to check all 3. You can unfreeze for a certain amount of time like a day and have the freeze put back on or unfreeze it permanently
