    Hello!

Long time reader, few time poster.
I wanted to post up news of my newest acquisition the flippac! It isnt in working condition right now but I want to document the build. And after 4 years of looking for one. It's finally mine!

Was told it was about a 1997 flippac. Hinge broken, Torsionbar broken. I paid a few hundred to get it. Canvas looks decent (but will take a better look once the rain lets up here).

Currently it looks like sway away makes hinges and torsion bars for the flippac. But they run about $300usd for each.

Has anyone else debated making their own hinge from steel? How did it go?
