That is a much better deal than Costco by the time you pay the $60 membership fee, unless you already have one.

I just received mine from Costco. It took six (6) days from order to delivery. If you come across a deal that does not include the neoprene cover, sprayer, and lock, you will not be missing out.

I’m not sure what the neoprene cover is supposed to do? The lock is terribly cheap and I would not recommend putting much faith in it. The sprayer is of WalMart quality. I will be buying a different lock and sprayer.

The hose is decent but kinda short. The brackets seem pretty substantial and the built in pump is a great idea. The warning pamphlet warns not to pressurize over 50psi but there is no way to know what that is if you use the built in pump. (See previous posts on installing a pressure gauge)

The unit itself is hearty and handy to have. The previous Costco $119 deal was much better than the new package deal.

I realize this is an old thread but I saw some people post questions about how to mount the Day Tank to a Prinsu rack. This is how I did it... it seems to hold it very well 7C90C2C9-EFF1-45E8-AD81-F93B39B45F90.jpg

I was looking into this method.. But all that water on one side of the prinsu being held together by two small bolts.. have you wheeled with the waterport filled and actually on the prinsu too?

I haven’t done anything other than highway and around town driving yet with this method. But that does concern me too a bit.

This is how I mounted mine. The tank sits flush on the rail. I could even mount it 100% on the crossbars and not the side plates.

I was thinking of doing this, but with some angle brackets to the rails on the other side. I was also considering the Prinsu awning brackets. They are really strong.

Still haven't figured out how I want to do it exactly.
