My ARE Overland came in, and I had it installed today. I think it looks pretty sharp!

    Looking good!

I see you added roof tracks and at least one side with windoors. Any other options, and what did you pay OTD if you dont mind sharing?

    Thanks!

I don't have the invoice handy, but I have windoors on both sides, headliner, and the fold down slider in the front (which even if I only use it once, will be worth having). I think the total, out-the-door, was a little over $2600. I should've done this a year ago, instead of spending $1500 on a retracting, aluminum tonneau, which now I can't seem to sell.

You will be glad you got that fold down front window. I use it all the time to clean the rear glass on the cab and both sides of the glass on the topper. I have 1 windoor on driver side and use it all the time.

    Love your rig.

Yea the fold down front window is mandatory. Otherwise your rear cab window seal get super manky...ask me how I know :anonymous:

I’ve never used the slider on the window with any of my previous toppers, so I’ll likely forego that option this go round.

Thanks! The only time I used the slider is when I slept in the back of the truck rather than setup the tent on a super windy night in April.

Where do you get the Black TRD 4x4 Offroad decal with mountains above it? I just purchased a Snugtop shell and realized I will need to remove my current decals since they will be slightly covered by the shell. I'm really interested in the black one with the mountains above it but I can only find ones that say "TRD Offroad", not "TRD 4x4 Offroad".

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ha! - yes it was. I hiked Silver Dollar Lake with my dog earlier and decided to explore a bit on the way back down. Didn't know there was a meetup. Lots of good looking trucks at the mine. Sad thing is, I turned around before getting to the top cause I was running low on gas. and didn't want to chance it. How was the drive up to the top. You had a lot of rigs in that group. Guessing over 20?

I had to turn around too but our group was the one that was just down from the mine with the two BMW's when you came down to the landing. We had 11 and the trip was a blast.

I picked mine up from Sam T in Ogden. Same color, same shell. I wouldn't say that i'm unhappy with it but the fit has always kind of bothered me. I've gone in and adjusted it a couple times and noticed the bolts that hold the shell down kept coming loose so I applied some lock tite on them. I've got the same gap. Have you noticed any chipping on the paint? Mine is chipping like crazy. And where the back window is it seems to shift from side to side causing the corners of the back shell by the tailgate to chip away.
