Any way around a Ray 10, F5 spec issue?

    Hi.

    Installing a 6” Fox BDS suspension in my ‘15 Tacoma. I kind of had my heart set on 35s (STT pros) w RAY 10s but the kit requires an 18 or 20” wheel w 4.5” of backspacing. I don’t believe scs makes anything to these specs. I also love the F5s but ran into the same problem.

    I will also need a 6 lug wheel.

    Below are the combos recommended by the kit. A reputable OR shop told me I needed to start shopping around for other options.

    Any insights would be helpful.

    Very, very new to all of this.

    If the kit requires and 18" or larger wheel then that's what you're going to have to use. Using a small wheel might cause the wheel or tire to rub on their suspension component hence why they require a larger wheel size.

    It's because of the knuckle, there is no way around it. All the drop bracket 6" lifts have this requirement as far as I've seen.
