Hey! I've been a long-time lurker, but this is my second post (see my post about speedometer issue). I've done a lot of internet searching about my truck and have found it difficult to get specific information about the 1995.5 manual transmission. Can anyone tell me what is special about this truck? Is it rare? Can I treat it like a 1996 when I'm diagnosing/fixing problems and ordering parts? The speedometer stopped working at 208,000 miles. I have another thread about it.

I've been pretty happy with my truck. It goes everywhere and I've lived out of it for months at a time. I bought it for $2700 almost 4 years ago. I've put a couple grand into it to keep it running (catalytic converter, exhaust pipe, new tires, new front struts, starter went around 200,000 miles) but I feel pretty good about all the work. Seems like standard maintenance of an old truck. Anything I should be looking at specifically to keep this guy running for another 100,000?

    Stoked to post this!
