    necropost, got it.

but I simply cut the sleeves down to 28mm to fit rather than beat the mounting brackets with a rock.
The sleeves can be cut with a hacksaw and just finished up sandpaper
I kinda cheated and used a bandsaw and a benchtop belt grinder.
if the bushings are the same as the ones they sent me, you'll have to trim some of it. I simply used one of the sleeves as a guide to cut after I pressed it in, then I re-pressed it so it was centered in the bushing again

FYI, an 11mm socket works great to for pressing the sleeves into the bushings

install the top end of the shock, just enough so it stays in the mount
1-inch ratchet strap hooked into the frame
run the ratchet strap webbing under the bottom of the shock
ratchet until shock is above mount, slide shock over mount location
release ratchet, guide bottom of shock into mount
position bottom shock mount into position with large flathead screwdriver
    bolt it all up
    have a nice day

I hope this is helpful to someone

Sorry to revive an old thread but it's close to answering my question. I have the Icon rxt leaf pack which has raised my back end 2 inches. Today on a rough road I bottomed out my stock rear shocks causing luckily only a loud noise. I am planning to replace the rears with shocks that make up for the lift but am unsure if bilstein 5100s will work for that much lift? I read they are rated for up to 1 inch of lift. If not, are 5125s what I should get?

I've had them on for over a year now and the lower bushings are shot. I can't for the life of me find the replacement part. Anyone needed to replace them find them, or have the dimensions for the bushing?

My foxes had the same issue but the bushings were rubber, so I shaved some off with a dremel and they slid in just fine.
