My Carbon steel pan. It was a pain!

    What a PIA! I just used it as a roasting pan for about a year. No way it could cook eggs. They would stick badly. Seasoning this thing was a bitch.

    I just let it ride. I mostly use it INSIDE my propane grill. Get it blistering hot, splash in some oil and toss in the meat.

    It is very non stick now. I’m not at the point where I send my Teflon to the Goodwill store, but I’m close. I’m also two years into this thing. Two long years.

    I’m getting buried with this thing. :)

    Use more oil. And for eggs, don't get it real hot.

    Ome, Sqeak free dakars, arms, skids, sliders.
    I shot blasted a cast iron pan in a wheelabrator shothousd that belonged to my wife's grandmother. It was completely trashed. Took forever to get it seasoned right. Works great now. Nice job.
