    I should have posted this last month, but i have been super busy.
    I contacted KB, Chad, about my tonneau brackets and the powder coat peeling off of them. Chad sent me replacements immediately.

    Seriously, I even contacted him for the thread pitch and diameter on the new brackets, and got a quick response .

    You're a rare case. For some reason the powder coat peeling off the uprights on my bed rack is "not a warrantable issue."
