So do your fenders flying up help soften the landing?

Looks good but is the roof rear diagonal on the dr c pillar notched only to the a pillar tube? It should be notched onto both tubes

Yes it is bud. I was trying to figure out how I was going to weld 360 around every tube. What I was thinking is that I would be able to weld the front a pillar together. Then slide the roof forward over what I welded. But for the back I cant do that. I have to slide the roof C pillar back to slide in the rear roof tubes. If I notched the roof to saddle both A tube and C pillar, I wouldn't be able to weld underneath the notch. So I decided to notch to the A pillar tube to be able to weld it all together. I am going to add a corner gusset from the diagonal roof tube to the c pillar to give it the streangth it needs. It won't be as pretty but it will be strong enough.

But if you have ideas to how I can weld under the notch at the A tube ,C pillar if i saddled the tube. I'm all ears. I would like to do it that way but this was the only way I thought of to do it.

I cant tell you how many threads I looked up on ebay oem sensors, if the o2 sensors dont fix it, Ill prob go with those. I still dont think its actually them though. I already replaced the harness, which crumbled when it saw daylight.

Nah, he actually has one of if the highest travel # front kit made for our trucks. The lack of "flex" you are seeing is very typical of the IFS front on our trucks because we all run 600lb+ front springs.
