How do you have the larger light bar mounted? I've been meaning to put one in

I ran a piece of 2” wide flat aluminum stock from one side of the bumper mounting bracket to the other, pretty easy to do, just have to disassemble the front grille assembly to get down in there. Then used self tapping screws to mount the light bar to the aluminum channel.

Working on a Moto Guzzi Convert.
This bike is special as it is a prototype pre production.
The story goes something like this.
The bike came to the states so the police could try them out and the factory could get real on road testing.
Depending who you talk to or read there were 25 +- in the trial.
The serial, Number on the engine is 8 and the transmission is 1.
Verified by MVD ,since there isn't a Mfg plate th St of Ct. Issued a AKA number.
Currently the bike is running a 5speed trans from a Guzzi 850 T and the owner wants it made back to the
    Convert type transmission.
All the original parts are there so I'm resealing and replacing a bearing on the hydraulic system.
Then changing out the 5 speed ang reinstalling the Torque converter, universal driveshaft ,rear differential (the Convert has different gearing to work with the hydro system).
The work so far is advance work inventory cleaning etc.
Being a prototype the castings are rough, think 80 grit sandpaper, my Convert is a production version and my castings are smother, think 400 grit.
Some of the parts don t even have part numbers being g a prototype but the parts can be sourced from the later versions.
    20180627_121923.jpg
The torque converter on the left is the prototype, the one on the left is what the production models use20180627_121241.jpg
If you look to the left of the full plug 1" you will see the serial number 1. It's there look close
    Thanks

Reattached the steering wheel air bag where a Dumbass that installed an aftermarket radio, and took the controls off didn't reattach the left side, nor tighten the right side. Fixed the parking lights (both bulbs burned out), repaired the compass/temp, attempted to replace the temp/AC/vent light cluster. (If you can share a source for those bulbs that would be awesome!) I gotta order those bulbs. Bought a load bar for the bed from harbor freight, jacked some milk crates from a buddy's grocery store (he's the Mgr and said I could take).

Next to fish out the usb for the ddx-372bt to update and customize update.

Nice! I've been on there  I had a leaking brake reservoir, found the previous generation seal worked.

    A thing or two...
Umm.... Is that transmission case cracked? To the left and below the bolt above the 1" plug. In the curved recess, to the right of the threaded hole on the far left.
