I was looking at getting a lift from toytec with the 885 front coils and the rear aal. I was also looking at getting the bilstein 5100 if I get those shocks I know they will work in the front if they are on the stock ride height setting but what about the rear will i need longer shocks or will those work with the aal. I also plan on getting the rear axle degree shims as well along with new u bolts to go with the rear lift. any info would be appreciated.

OME shocks work best with OME springs. :)

FWIW, Im running the 5100's in the rear, and love them. No extender, and it flexes out great, and I have had no topping out of the shock issues. :)

thanks for the help guys if i go with the OME springs i will probably go with the 886 coils because i will end up putting a ARB bull bar on it and those arent light on the front end.

how is the ride with the 886 with the OME shocks is it fairly smooth or is it pretty rough. I had a 3/4 tone dodge 4x4 but got ride of it because i couldnt afford the gas. I really liked the way it rode. I am looking for a fullsize truck ride.
