2003 2.4 misfire????

    2007 white trd
    hey guys I have a 2003 2.4. and it's showing a misfire on cylinder 3. The previous owner had the head rebuilt and I've changed the sparkplugs and switched the coil packs and the misfire is still showing on number 3.

    Also my check engine light is on and will occasionally flash. Any ideas?!?!?
