Don’t know if anyone posted one of these before - it’s a cool window sticker for manual transmission enthusiasts. I had one on my accord, and now I just put one on my new Taco. It’s fun that they make them custom for your shift pattern (my accord had reverse on the lower right)

Excellent. I taught my friend how to drive stick. I don't remember teaching him to coast in neutral though, lol

My buddy has been asking me to teach his GF to drive stick shift, since they recently bought a 50’s Porsche speedster that she wants to be able to drive. He tried teaching her a few times, and it only led to frustration. I offered to teach her in my Accord.

I taught my wife in the Accord, and she drives it very well now, but she only drove the taco in a parking lot so far. She’s intimidated by the size of the truck, the length of the clutch throw, and the heavy reverse gate. Lol, she almost needs two hands to overcome the gate...

My advice on Reverse is to not try an overcome the spring starting against the gate, but slap it over from neutral, between 3rd and 4th. This really helped my Daughter get it there. I found myself accidentally in reverse when I did this a couple times instead of going to 1st like I wanted to. The camera coming on and the bong noise gave me enough of an alert.
