THanks, anyone got pics of the white letters facing inside on the truck? Is it noticable at a stop if you see the whites from the inside?

Last week, I purchased a set of the 4Runner TRD Pro Wheels in black from Toyotaparts4u on EBay for $695 shipped. I wasn’t planning to upgrade but I had to take advantage of the 15% discount ($100 max) EBay was offering. Now, it’s time for tire shopping.

I usually go to Discount Tire on Convoy in Kearny Mesa. John is very helpful, they have good prices and their service is awesome.

Love the color of your wheels. What size did you go with and what do you have as far as lift goes?

Anyone go for the D load over the C load for the 265/70/17 size?

I think in BFG it goes straight from C to E, unless I’m mistaken.

I honestly didn’t even know it was an option... or I probably would have went that route. Oh well.

The black look great, and are popular because they look great. It’s nice to see something different, but the tried-and-true is also cool. These wheels look nice no matter. One of Toyota’s best designs.

Thank you. The wheels are the TRD SEMA in graphite, 17x?- not sure about width I guess. Tires are 285/70/17 BFGs, and lift is Bilstein 5100s.

And my 285s are C load. My 4R had E load and I believe I can feel a difference in town driving with these lighter C loads. Hard to say comparing different vehicles but I am glad I went with the Cs.

Hey NerdTaco, Your truck looks great, it is my fav on this thread and most similar to mine, can you please confirm the rims/tires you went with so I can ask for similar stuff. It is a lot of money, so I want to make sure I don't screw it up and get the wrong stuff. Thank you!
