    I just hope they do right by it in 2020, but I'm expecting to be massively disappointed with some lame new Ranger based IFS mockery of the classic.

    Jeeps seem to be the only ones interested in staying true to their solid axle roots. If for nothing else, I respect them for that.

    I think the silver roadster is mid to later '70s (not '77) due to the dual gas tanks - a later Ford addition. The '77's had dual gas doors, not just the caps. Early Broncos only had the rear tank - unless someone added an aux. tank

    Man, I just can't catch a break. My passenger side inner axle seal has been leaking so I finally got the new seal and finally got time to replace it today. So I got the truck jacked up and performed my routine inspection before taking anything apart...and things went from bad to worse. My wheel bearing if f**king toast. It cost me about $140 to replace it last time between the parts and the machine shop press work.

    Well, Marlin sent me the wrong seal. Doesn't that just figure. So After Guy got his pinion seal from the stealership for $10, I figured okay, I'll try that.

    @GuyHuey : Yeah, the trip to the stealership didn't go as cheaply as it did for you. They raped me for $52 for that seal. So now unless Marlin gives my money back, I've got about $72 invested in an axle seal. The damn thing better last another 20 years.

    I'm just so very lucky! :D As long as it doesn't have to do with the freaking OGT. :bananadead:
