Moto Metal MO9577 discontinued brand new set in boxes.

I’ve been dreading this post for the past several days, but finally got the courage to do it. We lost Brian to cancer some years ago and he never got the chance to start doing mods to his 2nd Gen Taco. My nephew bought them brand new, and to my knowledge they were not opened. His mother asked me if I knew someone or a place that she could sell them, and I obviously thought of this place. She told me she was ready to let go of them. Brian bought them back in 2011. I think he paid $500 a piece!!! I did a search on today’s moto metal wheels and they are half that if not less. It’s a nice set of discontinued wheels. I’m hoping his mother is wrong. I’d hate to think Brian paid way too much.

Mods, this isn’t up to code, but they don’t want to open the boxes. They prefer to keep them as he had them. So I hope it’s cool to post a link to what they look like. They are asking $200 a piece. OBO.

Very nice looking wheels and so sorry for your loss.

 

I think he picked out a nice wheel. He left us at 26, and he was more like a brother. I can’t say that about the rest of my nephews and nieces. I’ve been hurting bad all week.


Do you think $200 per piece is over priced? I told them they will not get what Brian paid for them.
