What adhesive did you end up using?

I was going to perform my install in this fashion instead of removing half the dashboard like in the other write ups. Nice to see it worked for you!!

On my 2017, only have the ECT PWR, USB and 12V (might make the change to the Blue Sea as it looks great on yours!). Finally managed to order some CH4x4 switches where shipping didn't cost me hundreds of dollars. Thing is, most of them won't be connected to anything for 6-18 months as I build the truck on a budget (yay!! single parenthood!).

Big concern for me is taking the traction control from the overhead console and relocating it down to the lower centre console.

The bottle opener has come in handy on several occasions. Primarily at TW meet ups. :drunk:

Exactly! I was going to do a fuel/water gauge like I have for my Air Tank but they are like $150. Well at least the marine style one I was looking at. For that price I can get this solo system and it comes with the gauge and external measuring system that just gets placed on the outside of my tank. Which is perfect because I don’t have access to putting anything internal with no access on top of my tank.

is half the price and pretty much idiot proof. Just seal the hole where you mount it and I am sure it would be fine. I am not sure how that external sensor system you reference works.

Edit: it seems to even come with a gasket. I would probably run a silicone bead around everything just to make sure,

Anytime, I look forward to seeing your install. I'm still trying to figure out where/how I want to mount my stuff up. I'm thinking opposite the gas tank for balance, but that also means getting close to the exhaust. I suppose that might solve my heating problem though....

Congrats on getting the stiffeners in, but I was admiring your plastic totes/cases. Who makes those?

Yea so far it beats the heck out of the jeep on comfort, mpg, and cargo. Haven’t wheeled it yet but I prob won’t take it some of the places I took the jeep.

Side note, where in the high desert are you? I live in Ventura but commute to Mojave 2 days a week for work.
