Driven a few Sequoias/Tundras, they are fun and big, but you already know that. Engine is smooth and powerful and THIRSTY !!! If you are planning on towing, MPG is really bad. You probably aren't looking at this vehicle for fuel efficiency tho. Traded my Taco for a 2013 LC200, same engine as the Sequoia but the Sequoia has similar seating but more cargo space. Sequoia has less options than Land Cruisers and Tundras for aftermarket if you are into modding. That is about it. GL with the search!

@St.Germain so did you end up getting the Sequoia? It’s at the top of my baby momma minivan alternative short list.....

nope. i set up a deal with the same guy i started the Tacoma purchase with, had it right with a black TRD Sport loaded 4x4 at the right price, and my wife had a 'wake up' moment and said she didn't want a traditional full size, so i dropped that and back to square one. she was in a Tiguan before and needed a 3rd row but prefers that kind of drive. so i bought her a Volvo XC90 R-Design Polestar. it's sick, unreal. she loves it. i've taken it to CO with the family and it was crazy capable... i was up in the mountains with off road access in more than 12" snow and ice, and it was some of the best winter capability i've ever had. i was totally wanting to go for the Sequoia cus the simplicity and all, but i gotta say this thing has hugely impressed me and i'd absolutely buy again (for her ;)). notice the tires (Cooper Zeons, made all the difference in CO).
