Humming at 40-50k? How long do they last?

285’s are pretty heavy at 61#, what do those weigh?

My dad just got back from a trip to Africa, and all the Land Cruisers they were using there were rocking the STT Pros since it was likely they were gonna deal with mud. Both the MAXX and the PRO have some serious (off-) street cred

Yeah, mates in Australia all run Coopers. Puncture resistance is a huge deal down there as most roads are just rocky dirt. They are the reason I went to the Maxx. Does great everywhere for me.

I was seriously looking at the new Cooper A/T3 LTs in 265/75R16 but my mind is shifting more and more to ST MAXX in 255/85R16. Seems most don't see a significant MPG drop, and minimal rubbing makes me happy.

Here’s my 255/80/17 love these tires, first experience with them always been a KO2 or terra grappler. This will be all I run in the future.

Just got mine put on yesterday, 255/85R16 'pizza cutters'. First time running a skinny tire, love them so far! So much more aggressive looking than the KO2s and I was a big KO2 fanboy prior to this. Just hoping they work as well on the trails as my KO2s did...and hopefully without getting as chunked up as easily as they would.
