Pain in my foot and toe

    It has been 7 weeks that I’m bearing the pain in my foot and toe. I’m not able to do any kind of physical stuff. I don’t know what's up and I’m getting ready to undergo orthotics treatment from a clinic in Toronto. I have iced daily for weeks but it didn’t work at all. My feet still get very tired and ache about half way through the day.

    The pain started with my feet hurting along with a sharp pain in the arch of my foot. I think the only way I can get rid of this is by consulting an expert physiotherapist. But I also worry if it’s only the foot which is causing the pain or is it any other spinal condition that is causing this.

    Has anyone experienced such a situation? What have you done for the pain relief? Is there any other medication which I can take? Please share your thoughts.

    Damn that crazy hope your foot pain goes away soon but I also would randomly get a sharp pain in my arch every once in a while.

    I'm no doc, but pain in along the arch of your foot sounds like Plantar Fascitis to me. :notsure:

    Get the shoe insoles for whatever your arch is on your foot. After about my fifth ankle sprain my therapist advised me on the high arch insoles. Been ankle issue free for some years now
