I use Nationwide but I have had to call and bitch at them a few times. They "adjusted" my policy for some discounts and I paid the discounted rate, and I was explicitly told by the CSR that there was probably already a letter in the mail asking for the larger number, and to just ignore it. So I did. Then a few weeks later I get a "hey asshole" letter that says I didn't pay in full & doing the usual threats and penalties thing. I called and got them to drop that immediately.
I pay somewhere between 90-100 a month for full coverage with all the bells and whistles and a $100 comp deductible, so while I can't say dealing with them is particularly pleasant at times, the rates are good.

I did their smart ride program which was probably a mistake. The discount you get doesn't really jive with 6 months of big brother in your OBD2 port, literally logging when you go over bumps as "hard braking events" and using that to ding you on discount.

I've tried state farm twice in the past and they are always higher.
Don't remember trying farmers or nationwide.

True! I have only had to file a couple of claims with them but it was always painless and always get prompt call backs with any questions or issues.
I am paying $500 every 6 months for the Taco.

There we freakin' go. It's to the point where you'd have to crouch down and close one eye to notice it's still slightly off, and I think that might be because the bar itself is slightly warped from welding.

If you actually use a ruler and measure from the mounting legs with the grille off, the spacing to a number of reference points is exactly the same to within 1/16th or less.

As long as this dude in PA who agreed to buy my dirtbike actually coughs up the cash I will have the budget to throw some Baja XL spots on there right away!:)

I think @ToxicTwin s truck is cursed. Dam rear brake line was frozen to the brake line nut. Tried to twist the line off. Luckily I caught it before I did.

Decided to cruise up to crown king man I can’t stand when people just sit there and sit there in front of you knowing you are behind them. I immediately move out of peoples way if I know they are coming at a faster rate. No wonder the guys in Baja just ram the shit out of each other

This weekend I learned the hard way that black bears love Cuban cigars.

Did you mean an African American, fat, hairy, homosexual male, that loves cigars? I don’t see what’s weird about that.

    Purdy.

All the bells and whistles by the looks of it.

Totally different purpose than a taco. If you need to tow heavy ass stuff, a big diesel can't be beat.

Wilderness. 8 pm and sitting around the campfire when my friend says, "Is that a bear?". He wasn't joking, fucking black bear jumps onto our picnic table, bites into the hot dog buns before biting my cuban right as we scare him away.
