    Hey guys.
Just wanted to post a pic with my trailer behind my tacoma. I have a 2017 27 ft sunset trail which weighs aprox 5700lbs. My truck pulls this thing with no issues. I do have a weight distribution hitch and trailer brakes. I just see a lot of people online worried about how much it can tow. So don't be so hesitant when rv shopping. My trailer does have a wider stance between the axles that helps distribute the weight aswell.
Please post pics of big things you tow with your taco.
    Tacos are beasts!

I'm in Ontario so I do see some big hills but I'm not climbing the rocky mountains that forsure.

SWEEEET truck and trailer bud! I have the same truck as you and just bought a travel trailer yesterday too. the TT has a dry weight go 5000lbs and hitch weight of 634lbs. I'm curious what is the hitch weight of your trailer? are you using the stock taco tow package? any mods to your truck to help? Ive never towed before but wasn't worried about it but I'm reading so much stuff about people being concerned about the towing weights associated with the taco and I've been sweating about going to pick up my trailer in a few days.. I've read the hitch weight max on our taco is 650lbs on stock hitch and id be pretty close to that...

I have the standard tow pkg from factory and I'm using a weight distribution hitch. My tounge weight is close to 600 lbs. Also using electric brakes aswell. Make sure you adjust them so you can feel it pull you back just a see bit.
I was sweating a lot aswell when I first picked up and hooked up my trailer to the taco. It took a few runs to get comfortable towing something that big. But all good now. Don't have any worries.
