A/C'd Seats?

We have the cooled seats in our Lexus NX. During the test drive I heard the fan running in the seat and was wondering what the heck that was. The sales guy said its air conditioned seats. I was sold! Only other vehicle other then a Lexus i have experienced it in is a Mustang rental.

Katzkin Degreez get you part of the way there, but they only blow ambient air.
