i have a 2017 trd sport with stock wheels and tires. (17 inch 265/65/17) i was thinking of ordering the wheels listed below on ebay. rim width is 8 inches...pretty sure stock rim width is 7. i assume there should be no issue reusing the stock tires on these wheels...right?

if i wanted to change the tires out without getting a lift kit...what would you suggest for max size? 265/75/17 or 265/75/17? thanks for answering my newbie questions.

265/70/r17 would be the largest size you can fit on stock suspension (with the possible exception of 255/80/r17). As far as the rim width, going from 7 to 8 or vice versa, you should be fine. That's not enough of a change to matter.

I've never run them before, but so many TW members are crazy about them so I'm probably going to try them next. They sound like great tires, and they're available in a few different ratings so you can go lighter or heavy duty-thick if you want to. Right now I have 265/75/r16 (same diameter as the tire size I recommended for you before, except on 16s) Toyo open country at/2 and I love them so far. I dont think you can go wrong with the falkens, I've never seen a bad review.

I recently got these tires and so far have been really satisfied with them. No increase in road noise and not much difference in gas mileage. Went from stock OR rims and tires to 17in pro wheels with the Wildpeaks. Hope my input helps
