Cancel your order, get money back, and try another vendor like headstrong off road. Ordered mine two weeks ago, got a full set last week and installed that weekend. 4wheelparts is full of fail imo.

Anybody had any issue with the 6112s giving more lift than advertised at the different settings? I just ordered a pair and am having them assemble them. I'm having them upgrade to 700# springs to compensate for an ARB front bumper. They told me the lift heights wouldn't change with the addition of the 700# springs, so I had them set them for the 2.5" of lift but I've read that the 6112s give quite a bit more lift than advertised, anybody had any issues with that? Thanks

They will initially but once they settle it should be as advertised.

That’s what I tried to do in the beginning. But no one could match or get near what I paid. I guess waiting is worth the savings.

Man I love my wife. Just ordered the 6112’s for my Tacoma. Bilstein Canada.com is having a long weekend sale 10% off. So right now I just mounted OME NitroCharger Sports to the rear (rear lift fender to hub 24 1/4” ADL w O/L). Front pro comp 3” coils #720 (yes I still have teeth lol) no sway bar, rock sliders for the DCLB (front lift height 23 1/2” w/1/4 spacer drivers side. I run 33x12.50 18 -1 offset no rubbing on the cab mounts light trimming and no mud flaps. I really like the height and want the same results with the 6112’s I am also running the ECGS bushing no vibs and the cv’s look good. Would running a 1/4 spacer for lean and springs set to level 5 work? Yes I read every page, very useful helping me open my wallet.

Can someone help a noob out? Like BCbuggy, I hope to take advantage of the Bilstein Canada sale. Right now I only have money for the shocks, so hoping to pick them up now and collect the other pieces in the next few months. I am new to truck suspension, so just want to be sure I am buying the correct parts. I have a 2014 TRD off road sport double cab. Want approximately 2.5-3 inches of lift, and am considering 6112 front, 5160 rear. Are the items below the correct ones? Thanks for any help

    B8 6112 Series Kit (46-241627) Adj .6-2.5" pss
    B8 5160 Series 0-1.5" Lift (25-242539) Right Rear
    B8 5160 Series 0-1.5" Lift (25-242379) Left Rear

The first thing is going to determine why you are getting the lift, for looks(mall crawler) the light offroad or serious offroad. If you are going up 2.5 to 3" up front, go with after market upper control arms. SPC or light racing has a good one or JBA puts out a great one with a moog ball joint. Total chaos puts out a awesome one but the uniball ball joint requires a lot more maintenance. For the rear, are you lifting the rear? The new 5160's will work with an add-a-leaf that will give you about 1-2" in the rear or the dakar full leaf pack will give you 2.75" in the rear. If you are going up in the rear get a carrier bearing drop to diminish any videos you might get for the increased driveline angle. Stay away from the front differential drop, they are worthless and can cause more problems then help. Axle shims might be necessary with the carrier bearing drop but every truck is different. Most people upgrade to a newer bump stop but it isn't 100% necessary unless you are going hard offroad. A unbolt flip kit would be better if you are going to do some serious offloading. Just make sure that you get longer unbolts in the rear if you are getting a AAL or new leaf pack in the rear.

Thanks for the input. I won't deny the looks aspect, but it is also for light off road, mostly back/fire roads etc. (camping, mtn biking), but no (regular) serious off road. From research, price point etc., the bilsteins seem overall a good bang for the buck. My thinking was 3/2 lift (I like how my truck sits currently), with UCAs and add a leaf in the back. Been reading, looking at options for over a year now, and am frankly getting tired of the paralysis by analysis, lol. When I saw the good deal on the bilsteins, thought it might not be a bad time to act - just wanted to make sure I got the right parts.

I double checked, you got the right parts for your 2014.
